In place for season 16 of Top Chef
The production partnership with the famous cooking show continues for this 16th season. After Jorick Dorignac's victory over Clotaire Poirier in 2024, Top Chef is making a highly ambitious comeback for this new vintage, notably marked by an unprecedented alliance with the Michelin Guide .
A beautiful start on the rooftops of Paris
The eagerly awaited 16th season of Top Chef opens with an exceptional setting: the terrace of Printemps Haussmann.
This iconic department store in the capital celebrates its 160th anniversary in 2025 and becomes the scene of the selection tests.
At the jury table, we find the essential brigade chefs Hélène Darroze, Stéphanie Le Quellec, Philippe Etchebest, Paul Pairet and Glenn Viel.
What's new in season 16
This new edition introduces several major innovations:
- Inspectors from the Michelin Guide will come regularly and anonymously to judge the candidates, as they do in a restaurant, until the final.
- The Test at Maison Baccarat, a legendary venue run by Alain Ducasse , where candidates will have to transform a classic dish from the French gastronomic repertoire.
- Immersion in an exceptional palace, the George V, which will see candidates slip into the shoes of a Palace Chef for 24 hours.
...and renews the concept of historical events well known to loyal viewers: "Who can beat", "Black Box" and "Restaurant War".
