TB workshop approved by the France Terre Textile label

This label was created with the aim of promoting local manufacturing, with a sort of “industrial AOC” for textile products guaranteeing that at least 75% of the production stages took place in France.

This label involves an evaluation based on 5 criteria:

• First of all, local production . Any company wishing to obtain the France Terre Textile label must have an industrial production tool in France and have technical skills that demonstrate French know-how in textile manufacturing.
• Create a common synergy to promote dialogue between companies in the label and strengthen links between sectors . By favoring local subcontracting, developing production partnerships and exchanging on these various experiences.
• Ensure maximum transparency throughout the entire production chain through clear traceability. In this case, products must be declared on the EColTex-Terre-Textile traceability platform.
• Quality controls at each stage of production to ensure deadline management, manage complaints, machine maintenance, etc.
• Environmental commitment : with the France Terre Textile label, companies must guarantee respect for the environment in terms of pollution, recycling, energy consumption, gas emissions and the use of chemical substances, as well as the accountability of teams.

Affixed to the products via a label, the France terre textile logo constitutes the guarantee that the product includes a minimum of 75% of the stages manufacturing carried out in the French Textile Cradles (AGR) within approved companies. High -quality products as well as that a production respectful of the environment . An annual inspection of all labeled products in order to continue to guarantee all criteria over the long term.
