A fir tree on the sleeves of our jackets?
If you've ever seen our chef jackets on social media or on the Top Chef show, or even better, if you have one in your chef's wardrobe, you'll surely have noticed that they feature a small embroidered detail on the sleeve.
This discreet mark is anything but insignificant since it is the embroidery of our iconographic symbol: the Vosges fir tree.
“Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.”
The choice of this mountain conifer on our jackets, present in abundance in the Vosges massifs, was obvious.
It recalls our local roots and our ambition to revive the textile know-how of the Vosges, the historic cradle of French weaving, by mobilizing the best skills in the region.
Known for its deep roots and incredible lifespan, the Vosges white fir cannot bend in the face of the winds of globalization.
The fir tree is embroidered on all Atelier TB chef jackets, with the exception of the MGB range.
The color of the embroidery thread varies depending on the color of the jacket. You will find it in fir green on black, white, denim, navy blue and gray jackets. And cream on khaki jackets (like the Newlook ).
The placement of the fir tree on the sleeve of the jacket allows the front of the jacket to be left free of any markings. You therefore have the freedom to embroider a name and/or logo on the heart side.
You canpersonalize our chef jackets online and select the type of embroidery you want.
