To our butcher, caterer & delicatessen friends.

Between the actors of the food industry and my family, it's a love story that has lasted for more than a century...
The first apron my grandfather created was a Parisian apron made in the Vosges from a cotton fabric woven in the surrounding mountains.

It was driven by this desire to revive this local know-how that I created Atelier TB in 2017. Thanks to a team of passionate seamstresses, we relearn every day how to make locally sourced clothing. Most of our products now come from our workshop.
In order to offer you a complete range of products, we also work with certain carefully selected partners to offer you products that we are not (yet!) able to manufacture (trousers, shirts, shoftshell, down jackets, shoes, etc.).

Uniforms of incomparable quality

Since our desire to put our textile workshop at the service of "fooding" professionals, it seemed essential to us to create a line of clothing specially dedicated to butchers and delicatessens.
By working with Oeko-Tex® fabrics sourced directly in the Hautes-Vosges, a few dozen kilometers from our workshop, and stain-resistant leathers, we have chosen to present a high-end wardrobe in line with the constraints and challenges of the food industry.
