Tell us about your concept?
L'Atelier de l'Ozanne is a bakery and pastry shop founded in the town of Brou, France, whose values include artisanal know-how and homemade products. We work with local producers and adopt an environmentally friendly approach: our unconsumed products are donated to charities like "Bread Against Hunger," and we use 100% recyclable packaging. We also train apprentices throughout the year in pastry, baking, sales, management, and communications.
Why did you choose Atelier TB to make your aprons?
We chose to trust you thanks to your expertise and your Made in France products, a value that is very important to us. Furthermore, we met you at a trade fair and it was the quality of your textiles as well as the quality of the stitching that made us choose your workshop rather than another.
You equip yourself with products made in France, is this important to you?
Of course, it's essential for us. French know-how is a value that we want to promote and that's why our employees wear French clothing such as your Carioca denim apron .
What are your specialties?
In pastries, we have dunois (a macaron shell, light homemade praline cream, nougatine pieces.)
Are you thinking of opening other stores?
Obviously, we plan to grow over time.
Tell us an anecdote about L'Atelier de L'Ozanne.
