Did you know that the Vosges was once a region renowned for its textile industry? Globalization has taken its toll on much of our local expertise, but not on our determination! In January 2018, we reinvested in an old factory in Épinal to start manufacturing... aprons. Why the apron ? Because this garment, a symbol of craftsmanship, is also at the heart of the family history of Thomas, the founder of the brand. Five generations of Bragards before him had worked on aprons in Épinal.

Today, we are proud to have revived this clothing workshop where we work every day to restore the kitchen apron to its former glory. Everything is done on site: from the cutting of 100% natural fabrics to assembly and customization. Everything except the cotton, which does not yet grow in the Vosges. A responsible approach that has allowed our aprons to be certified by France Terre Textile .

We told you that we do everything on site, in Epinal, and that obviously includes personalization . All our unisex aprons are indeed customizable with embroidery . Nickname, Chef's name or even logo, your desires are our future creations! Because every self-respecting Chef deserves his personalized apron to shine behind the stove. The embroidery is ideally located in the center of the bib of our long aprons so that it is clearly visible. You have the choice of text fonts and thread colors.
