Created in 2019, this label not only rewards restaurants that already do so, but also supports and helps restaurateurs improve by providing them with advice, training, and coaching so they can become true green chefs. The personalized support offered allows restaurateurs to adopt eco-responsible practices at their own pace, while maximizing their positive impact on the ecosystem.

Ecotable is a guide that helps you choose greener restaurants. It highlights establishments that demonstrate a true ecological commitment, allowing you to make an informed choice when you decide to go out for dinner.

How does it work?

We find the principle of the Michelin guide stars, but in an ecological version, and here we are talking about " macarons" . These macarons are awarded to restaurants that respect certain green rules, designed to minimize their environmental impact. There are three levels ranging from 1 to 3 "Ecotables". The more committed the restaurant is, the more macarons it receives.

This rating system is an excellent way to differentiate restaurants based on their level of environmental commitment. It allows consumers to easily recognize establishments that strive to meet high sustainability standards.

The main criteria:

🍓 Local and seasonal : Chefs favor products that come from the local area and respect the seasons. This guarantees unparalleled freshness of ingredients and reduces transport-related emissions.
